The City of Alameda is dedicated to providing safe, comfortable and accessible ways for people of all ages and all abilities to walk and bicycle throughout the city. From fall 2019 to fall 2020, the City will be developing the Alameda Active Transportation Plan, which will update the existing Pedestrian Plan (2009) and Bicycle Master Plan (2010).
